This is because the company tries to create something such as addition facilities that make the employees like to work in there. For example, Vale company provides free public transportation for their employees, making them being easier to the workplace, and also there is a café provided by the company for their employees who like drinking coffee so that Those facilities result the loyalty worker. Even though the company should spend extra money due to create additional facilities, the worker tend to feel comfortable in order to be more productive. I strongly believe having senior worker being expert in his department is a big opportunities for the company.
